"Natural, energetic, focused, and
in-the-moment. Andrew created an endearing character with scope and appeal -
and brought more to the script than what was originally thought possible. It's
not often you find a TV magazine-show host who has the ability to bring
believable dramatics into the production. We were lucky to have him. Damn
lucky."

Smirnoff Black No. 55 For this project, I delivered press kits to various publishers while dressed as James Bond. I carried an aluminum briefcase with the press kits, invitations to a launch party and a bottle of the vodka inside.
I gave a scripted presentation of the new product to the editors, all the while acting like James Bond.
An article about the new Smirnoff was featured in the Straits Times as well, with my picture.
November 2006 Dancing on a Rope
Friends Brandon and Phyllis decide to commit the perfect
murder by strangling David Lee and putting him in a chest. They feel
they are intellectually superior to pretty much everybody and therefore
have the right to kill. I play Brandon who is in total control of the
situation and thrives off of the thrill of killing for the sake of
killing. Shot 20 August, 2006.
In an alternate ending, this intrepetation ends in a tragic twist of fate.
Directed by David Gan.
I Not Stupid Too
I play Jack Neo's boss in an ad agency in the second installment of his hugely succesful "I Not Stupid" series of feature films.
In theatres January 2006.
Mr. Kiasu
In this small but key role,
I play the part of an eccentric birdwatcher, alongside Daniel Ong
(left) and Chew Chor Meng (right). They con me into thinking their
house is a bird sanctuary and I pay them to let me watch birds out of
their window.
Broadcast in September 2001 on Ch. 5, Singapore.
Phua Chu Kang
What
would an acting career in Singapore be without a part in Phua Chu Kang?
Yeah, ok, so it was probably the smallest role I've ever had, but it
was still PCK.
I play an Australian surfer, while a PCK double sits on the beach. With
my bleached hair, longboard and surfer shorts, I cruise on the beach
with a friend.
I bet you never knew Changi beach looked so much like the Gold Coast.
Broadcast in Singapore end-2002 on Ch. 5.
First Touch
In this episode in the second season, I play the role of a
self-centered news producer who will do anything to get footage of the
birth of the first baby of 2003. My character is rude, yells at his
crew, the doctors, and even the baby! He even faints and vomits when he
sees the birth.
But it is the nurse Banu (played by Malti Lalwani) that continually
tells me to get out. She is tough and intimidating and I dare not defy
her.
